Questions about free access

Do I need a credit card to get started?
No. The free mode requires no credit card or payment method. You only need an email address to create your account.
What happens when the trial period ends?
Your account automatically switches to Free mode without losing your data. You can keep using the basic features for free or choose a paid plan for full access.
Can I switch to a paid plan at any time?
Yes. You can move directly to the Modular Plan or the Pro Plan whenever you wish. Your data is preserved and the transition is immediate.
Is my data secure in free mode?
Yes. Free mode has the same security as the paid plans: AES-256 encryption, two-factor authentication and compliance with Law 1581 on data protection.
